Exciting news! Angie is now a Certified Master Groomer with the National Dog Groomers Association of America!
Angie got her start in grooming when she lived in Fargo/Moorhead over 22+ years ago. She worked with a groomer who was also a vet. tech. Not only did she learn how to groom she learned a lot about the health needs of dogs. Each new dog that comes in for a grooming is examined first to see what special needs it may require. Whether it be a medicated shampoo or extra cleaning in the ears, or if it is an older dog that can't stand for very long. We listen to what the owner wants and address whatever concerns they have. We NEVER use sedatives.
To meet the demands of many new grooming customers, Angie's Groom 'n Board has multiple groomers to chose from. Several of them were apprenticed in by Angie. This is how she got her start back in 1988.
A full groom includes: nail trim, ears cleaned out, anal glands expressed, shampoo, condition, blow dry, custom haircut, cologne & dog bandanna or bows.
We are excited to have 3 new tubs (2 stainless steel) and one custom made tile walk in. We enjoy letting the large breed dogs walk in on their own instead of needing to lift.
